We at SBC-CPA would like to take this time to address our concerns and preventative measures associated with the novel Coronavirus 19 (COVID 19). Foremost, our thoughts and prayers are with those around the world who have been affected by this virus.

Our office is open and our team is healthy and fully focused on meeting all accounting, payroll and tax deadlines. As a safety measure for our clients and staff, we are temporarily suspending in-person meetings but will continue to meet with clients using video/telephone conferencing technologies as needed.

Our virtual business model supports full productivity and efficient processes. We are asking clients to please submit your tax and financial documents to us using our secure Client Center portals. Clients that do not wish to electronically upload their documents should send their tax and financial documents via the US Postal Service or overnight courier services. Our main focus is on the continued health of everyone!

Also, we highly recommend that you visit the websites for your Home State Health Department and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for current guidelines on good hygiene practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other respiratory diseases.
